Bureaucrats are users with the rights that cannot be taken away, unless the individual demotes him/herself.

Administrators are users with the rights similar to Bureaucrats. But they can be demoted by a Bureaucrat.
Rollbacks fix the vandalism on pages, and return needed content to pages.
Content Mods are users with the rights to moderate the content on articles.
Discussion Mods are users with the rights to moderate the wiki threads, comments, etc.
